Randal French has clerked for both federal and state court judges and has litigated hundreds of cases to conclusion, including nearly every type of issue that may arise in a bankruptcy proceeding. He has handled many cases in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and he is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court.
Charles Bauer is a former chair of the Idaho State Bar Family Law Section, and served on the council of that section from 1992 to 2004. He has authored numerous articles on family law issues, and has lectured around the state on divorce and child custody matters, presenting an overview of the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act, which became law in Idaho in July 2000, and authoring two articles for the Idaho State Bar Magazine on Relocation of Children in Divorce.
